The morality of open borders and private property.

If you believe in 'private property', how on Earth can you support the State imposed restrictions on that 'property' that make up 'immigration' law? This is an issue where frankly I have significant trouble understanding the rational of the vociferous, and far too often bellicose, opponents of an “open border”, from the standpoint of philosophic principles. The media has largely, as is its wont, couched the debate in the bizarrely false “left-right” dichotomy that we are all all too familiar with. Yet, as is so often the case, that couch has wobbly legs. Arizona's “law”, that mirrors the equally tyrannical, but often unenforced, federal “law” is simply the ignition point this time.
