NH Homeowner Fires Warning Shot, Catches Suspect, Charged with Felony

A Farmington NH man discovers his home has been burglarized. When he discovers a suspect exiting his neighbor's house he holds him at gunpoint until the police arrive but fires a warning shot into the ground. Now he is charged with a class B felony and faces up to 15 years in jail.
