Executive Order -- National Defense Resources Preparedness Act. This is freakin' scary. Just signed on Friday the 16th, and some are saying that a large if not world war may be looming, and the govt. knows that it currently doesn't have all the domestic resources and infrastructure to wage a sustained world war. The war drums with Iran are beating, and Russia and China have been reported to defend Iran.
