At 2:00 am Thursday morning 80 officers in riot gear raided the encampment. Police formed a perimeter separating the protesters from their stuff as the Department of Public Works seized nine truckloads of supplies and equipment.

Protesters responded by forming a human chain to impede them from stealing their stuff. Police responded by cracking skulls. The first blow from the police occurs one minute in.
