Officially classify the LAPD as a domestic terrorist organization

The LAPD has opened fire on random innocents and purposefully set a cabin on fire killing an unknown occupant. These acts combined with their complete disregard for Public Safety or Rule of Law more than qualifies them as a Terrorist Organization, and they should be officially recognized and classified as such
