Another Rough Cop Incidence
Senior Inspector Rolando Mendoza in the Philippino Police Force got fired.
Hijacking a bus with Hong Kong Chinese, he was demanding to be reinstated to the police force after being sacked, reportedly over robbery and drugs claims.
He was shot dead after killing 8 of the remaining 15 hostages. Hong Hong urges Hong Kong Chinese to leave the Philippines,and urge travels to the Philippines to be cancelled
