A man was stopped for not having his seat belt on. The man told police that he had to have his heart medication and as they went back to their car, he left. They followed him, and he thought that they were giving him an "escort". The police thought he was "fleeing the scene". As happens so often, the thugs in blue overreacted. Watch the video.
