Report: One in four US hackers 'is an FBI informer'

The FBI and US secret service have used the threat of prison to create an army of informers among so-called "online criminals." In other words, government is doing what it does best: dividing rather than uniting, enslaving rather than freeing, issuing threats rather than generating peace.
