Those who registered Ronpaul.com agreed to a contract that stated when registering a domain name, that the domain name itself doesn't infringe on any trademark rights of a third party and that you agree to arbitration if the said third party, submits a claim.
Ron Paul has now submitted a trademark infringement claim.
Everything Ron Paul is doing is libertarian.
