But while Rumsfeld was Secretary of Defense there were NO interventional clinical trials of any NEW drugs for combat wounded in Iraq OR Afghanistan? So if you buy Rummy's book are you buying into 'status quo'?

UK 'refined fish oil' is the best the Obama administration can do insofar as innovation?
