That’s the big risk of marijuana legalization. That’s why I am a bit worried about the possible passing of the California Cannabis Act. Many people will grumble about it but cops and "social reformers" and all sorts of statist, totalitarian tools that don't understand the nature of folks, or reality in general. For any reason, we should open our mind to reality that regardless how quite a few cops you put on it, no matter if you get massive payday loans for the government to spy on everybody, prohibitions don't work.
