Smoke shops busted:

http://www.saukvalley.com –

local cops arrest tobacco store employees and confiscate CLEAN pipes. NEW scales. iv'e been in these places and signs that read 'tobacco use only' line the walls. how can they do this? is it legal? i REALLY don't think so.
