Alabama's proposed immigration law has a provision that allows people to sue any police officer or bureaucrat whom that person believes is NOT enforcing the nazi immigration law. And they are relying on employers to find the 'illegals' too. Employers can only run a person through the everify once the person has been hired, and if that person then 'fails', no one is there to repay the employer for money lost (i.e. matching stolen social security money.) We can sue police for NOT enforcing one law, why not any other law? Also, why do they not want to be sued for enforcing the law as well. Would this open the doors?
