Taxing Pizza and Pop

Reuters is reporting a study by researchers that was published in Archives of Internal Medicine. The theory is that if pizza and pop were taxed by 18 percent, then people would reduce their consumption of them. What a novel idea? I must say that there is nothing in the article that talks about the government actually considering this at this time.

I'm 6'1", 150 pounds. Pretty much proof that a diet consisting primarily of pizza and Mountain Dew doesn't necessarily make you a fatty fatass. If you sons of bitches make a move on my food, you accept full responsibility for any actions I'm forced to take to counteract it.

I've know about the proposed soda taxes, but god DAMN it, pizza is MINE!

Oh, also implementing taxation to control behavior is reprehensible and totally unacceptable, immoral, et cetera. Goes without sayin'.
