"America would once again be restored to a limited-government, constitutional republic."
No; in a libertarian society no government would exist. The Constitution established an inherently un-libertarian organization. The United States government isn't only incompatible with libertarianism today. Rather, it has always been unlibertarian.
Brilliant article

This article is brief and to-the-point. I like how he ties the separation of church and state (which is something everybody understands) into a separation of charity, economy, guns, and education from the state, making it very digestible to those who are new to the ideas of real liberty. When I read #9, I could hear the sound of a crowd cheering and applauding in my head. Best treatise on liberty that I've read since The Market for Liberty.

Stupid Captcha sent me a failure, but apparently worked anyway. I can edit this post, but not delete it.
