UK Proposes All Paychecks Go Directly to the Government First

The UK's tax collection agency is putting forth a proposal that all employers send employee paychecks to the government, after which the government would deduct what it deems as the appropriate tax and pay the employees by bank transfer.

I agree with the UK proposal for fed tax collection because it would save a lot of paper work if done properly. Which to some extent is not likely. Bureaucrats will be bureaucrats. I have an idea which I will propose soon that will save a lot of bureaucracy despite their intent. Something so simple that the tools for it already exist. Only an evil counter-valance will stop it. I plan to call on FTL tomorrow to announce it. Still, we definitely need a solution for the tax situation, not only, for the states but for the Feds, as well.
