At a small town in Michigan's upper peninsula (Baraga), a local VFW post is having an important struggle with the health department. The post has ignored the "no smoking" ban that went into effect May 1, 2010. They have sued the health department every month, urging for the taking down of unconstitutional smoking ban.
Many members feel that the freedom they fought for is being taking away from them,and it's their own property, so why cant they participate in a legal substance?
