The Vermont Supreme Court has ruled that a lower court judge denied probationer's rights when he ruled that he violated terms of probation without granting a hearing on the merits. Probationer submitted sworn statement with exhibits showing that due to medical issues he was unable to comply with certain conditions and/or that he did in-fact comply with other requirements of such probation officials!
