To sum it all up a landlord who is a pacifist doesn't want to allow a veteran to rent her apartment out because of her moral beliefs. The soldier is upset and wants to sue the lady on the grounds of discrimination. In my opinion this is an issue of property rights and the lady should be able to reject whoever she wants on any grounds.
