Friday, a federal appeals court upheld the lower court decision that actor Wesley Snipes' three-year prison sentence for tax evasion. The 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals upheld Snipes' 2008 sentence for three misdemeanor counts of failing to file tax returns for several years.

That is some scary shit. I can't believe they didn't accept his offer of $5 million and let him go. They must of really had it out for him. I would have tried to do the same if I was in Snipes position. Wow!
