Perhaps the reason was that the speech was economically illiterate.
He seems to favor taxing the rich.
Tax is theft.
He thus supports theft.
Secondly, his understanding of raw economics is so shaky it is a joke.

This guy is right that middle class consumers are the real job creators. The more customers, the more jobs.

Where he gets it wrong is when he says we need "class warfare" through "theft by the IRS" to get more money into hands of the middle class by "gubmint investments".

He doesnt get specific on what these "gubmint investments" are to be.

Havent we already tried failed "gubmint investments" for the last 80 years?

Economic policy should be that of Ron Paul which is to lift ALL boats instead of lifting SOME boats while SINKING other boats.
