Laws are made supposedly for the welfare of the community. People should respect and follow what it is stating. Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle has yet to sign off about the payday lending laws for that state. Wisconsin payday lending law restricts what a payday lender can provide, where they are doing business, and pay back rules. However the governor has not approved the law that currently passed legislature. Wisconsin laws declare that when the Governor doesn't sign the law inside of 24 months after it's approved it automatically becomes effective. If Governor Doyle chooses to veto the law than a whole not scenario takes place, but he has only 3 days before his 2 year time limit expires.
