Yale Law School's Saul Cornell writes a massive propaganda piece claiming that interpreting the Constitution based on the intent of the Founders is "destroying America". He'd rather have judges interpret it however the hell they want and consider it a "living document" that can be molded "by the people". Which people, he doesn't say but I think you can guess. This interpretation nonsense is why the Constitution has failed to "bind [them] down from mischief". Now its just another tool for statists to enslave us.
