You can pay with pennies up to 25 cents. So if you're property tax bill is 25 cents or less, you CAN pay with pennies!

The Laughing Man is a reference links of london to a character in the series who uses this logo to cover his face whenever he makes a point; in the show, it was a Juicy Couture connection between a pharm. comp. and an offical in gov't who basicly denied a working vaccine for another micro-machine therapy.
