A U.S. Census worker has been charged with rape and burglary, after two women in southern Indiana claim they were attacked. One of the victims was a 21 year-old physically handicapped woman. Four days before the attack, neighbors in the area say they saw Miller in the area on census business. The victim told police Miller had asked about their census information. She said they had already submitted the form. She also told police that Miller stuck around and tried to get more details.

Savannah Georgia was inspired by other areas in the country and has joined the growing marijuana celebrations and protests. Around 150 activist came out to a public square and protested Georgia's arcane drug laws. It was a mix of colorful,fun and eccentric protesters as well as average joes. CEDARTOWN, Ga. - The daughter of a 76-year-old woman says her mother is hospitalized with a heart attack she suffered after drug agents who had the wrong address swarmed around her Polk County home.
