Gov. Jerry Brown signed legislation Friday requiring trial judges to tell jurors that existing bans on conducting their own research about the case, or talking to outsiders about it, applies to electronic and wireless communication. Violations by jury members will be punishable by up to six months in jail for criminal contempt.

I just found this on kickstarter and thought that many people here would be interested in helping this guy with his jury nullification outreach.

A funny thing happened on the way to a trial in Missoula County District Court last week.

Jurors – well, potential jurors – staged a revolt.

They took the law into their own hands, as it were, and made it clear they weren’t about to convict anybody for having a couple of buds of marijuana. Never mind that the defendant in question also faced a felony charge of criminal distribution of dangerous drugs.

Daily News @ RevolutionNews.US - Angry and exasperated by faulty foreclosure documents, judges throughout Florida are hitting back by increasingly dismissing cases and boldly accusing lawyers of "fraud upon the court."

A Palm Beach Post review of cases in state and appellate courts found judges are routinely dismissing cases for questionable paperwork. Although in most cases the bank is allowed to refile the case with the appropriate documents, in a growing number of cases judges are awarding homeowners their homes free and clear after finding fraud upon the court.

The word about JP Morgan's massive silver short position (due to their market manipulation) is out, thanks to Max Keiser. He's started the viral campaign based around the catch phrase "crash JP Morgan buy silver." If everyone bought one or two ounces of silver, it would drop the hammer on one of the biggest banks agreeing with the markets. So Google the phrase, search it on Youtube, visit crashjpmorgan.net, and buy an ounce or two from the coin shops by Dec. 21. Be able to say you did your part to help crash JP Morgan.

What could possibly be more conducive to "…protecting the integrity of the jury system…" than informing juries of one of their powers? Does the judge not want to see the jury system working as it should, as a check on tyrannical government? It would seem not, otherwise he would welcome the FIJA activists educational efforts at his court. Obviously, the judge likes his juries obedient and easily manipulated.

This is familiar behavior from Jones. It’s why we love him. He’s a like a bulldog. But Morgan’s behavior was suspiciously out of character.

Piers Morgan is loudmouthed blow hard who can hold his own against someone raising their voice. I’ve seen him interview Jesse Ventura, and Ted Nugent about gun control and he meets their volume. Those guys aren’t much softer than Jones. In fact, when Morgan debated Larry Pratt on gun control, he shouts Pratt down.

But against Jones he’s utterly calm. He doesn’t interrupt. He doesn’t raise his voice. Why the change? Well I have a theory.
