Philadelphia Police violate rights of open carrier at gunpoint

Police arrest a citizen, openly threaten him and point a gun at him, then arrest and illegally detain him for 45 minutes. They also smashed his cell phone in an unsuccessful attempt to destroy the recording made of him.
