Alabama's proposed immigration law has a provision that allows people to sue any police officer or bureaucrat whom that person believes is NOT enforcing the nazi immigration law. And they are relying on employers to find the 'illegals' too. Employers can only run a person through the everify once the person has been hired, and if that person then 'fails', no one is there to repay the employer for money lost (i.e. matching stolen social security money.) We can sue police for NOT enforcing one law, why not any other law? Also, why do they not want to be sued for enforcing the law as well.

The Indianapolis Metro Police chief plans to investigate allegations of police brutality involving one of his officers.

An Indianapolis woman is suing the city in federal court. LaDonna Dixon claims the officer beat her so severely during an arrest that she had a miscarriage.

“[He was] punching me, kicking me, after he maced me,” Dixon said.

“This person was angry, was enraged and just beat her,” said Dixon’s attorney, Everett Powell. “I would say it’s a crime.”

“I have told the CSU police chief I will not support this in any way,” Sheriff Alderden told The Gazette. “If anyone with one of my permits gets arrested for concealed carry at CSU, I will refuse to book that person into my jail. Furthermore, I will show up at court and testify on that person’s behalf, and I will do whatever I can to discourage a conviction. I will not be a party to this very poor decision.”

A Kings County Sheriff’s deputy has been put on administrative leave after being accused of shooting at a developmentally disabled man who was holding a toy gun.

The president of the Manchester Patrolman's Association has been placed on administrative leave after being charged with felony reckless conduct and driving under the influence following a two-vehicle crash Tuesday night.

A police officer was sentenced Thursday to more than four years in prison for using excessive force against a mentally disabled janitor who died after being erroneously suspected of stealing money from an ATM.

"They had helicopters. They had people all over here, you couldn't walk the streets. They got people detained for four hours out there on the ground like we shot this police officer."

This woman, a resident of the community that was searched, was especially angered that Bullard chose to identify his fake shooter as a black male. "That's not right. It's all they do around here. A black person. Everything that happens, a black person."

A student in Tel Aviv parked her car on Sunday in a legal, unmarked space. But when Hila Ben Baruch returned, her car was gone, and her spot was marked with a handicapped symbol. In disbelief, Ben Baruch did some amateur sleuthing, recovering security footage from a camera mounted on the building across the street. The now-viral video, which Ben Baruch posted on her Facebook page, shows city workers painting lines around her parked car, towing it away and then painting a handicapped symbol in the empty spot.

A military veteran returned home after six years to witness the "freedom" he was protecting when he got on a bus near Los Angeles. He witnessed (and recorded) an encounter between police and a mentally handicapped resident wherein the police verbally abused the lady before one of the officers punched her in the face. After the incident, police then attempted to confiscate the video, but the veteran successfully stood his ground. Of course no investigation has begun into this abuse of police power.
