A snow woman described as “nude” is getting the cold shoulder from Rahway, New Jersey residents. The family who carved Venus de Milo in last week's snow outside their home on Colonia Boulevard has been asked to cover up her “nude” form.

Chris of InformationLiberation.com wrote: "I don't know about you, but if I accidentally hit someone's dog with my car, I wouldn't think beating the dog to death with a baton and stomping its brains out would make the situation better."

As a dog lover myself, I realize this would be a horrifying and stressful situation. But a police officer should be able to deal with it a hell of a lot better than this.

A Humphreys County man sustained cracked ribs and a punctured lung after he was stripped naked by deputies, beaten and shocked repeatedly with a Taser gun, according to a Wednesday court filing.

The Jan. 23 incident was recorded by video equipment fixed to the vehicle of a Humphreys County sheriff deputy. Darren T. Ring, 34, of New Johnsonville is requesting to be released from jail, where he has been held in lieu of bond for more than five months.
