'Non-lethal' taser kills U of Cincinnati Student

University of Cincinnati assistant police chief, Jeff Corcoran claims agitated 18 year old college student ignored orders to halt before being fired upon with taser. Afterwards incoherent, student goes into cardiac arrest after paramedics arrive and is pronounced dead at University hospital.
