A would-be suicide bomber was intercepted on his way to the Capitol; a scheme to bomb synagogues and shoot Stinger missiles at military aircraft was developed by men in Newburgh, N.Y.; and a fanciful idea to fly explosive-laden model planes into the Pentagon and the Capitol was hatched in Massachusetts.

It’s funny how B.O. (or his predecessor) never cited past American government policies as being a recruitment bonanza for al Qaeda.

The FBI captured a teen was given an inert carload of bombs by undercover agents. Authorities say they tried to warn the teen of the dangers and prevent him from going through with it. They also claim he had been contacting individuals planning a plot on his own. Manufactured terrorism or real threat?

Two men who were arrested at JFK were not accused of planning an act of terrorism; and the arrests do not relate to any known immediate threat to the public or active plot against the United States. If there was no crime then why the hell were they arrested and what are the charges?
