LONDON – The poster campaign advertising the DVD release of FINAL DESTINATION 5 has been banned by the Advertising Standards Authority. A version of the campaign that ran earlier this year ahead of the film's theatrical release received 13 complaints that the poster was distressing to children.

HARLEM — The NYPD has created a "wanted" poster for a Harlem couple who film cops conducting stop-and-frisks and post the videos on YouTube — branding them "professional agitators" who portray cops in a bad light and listing their home address, DNAinfo.com New York has learned.

(The) tactic has grown in use from 2,000 to 3,000 raids a year in the mid-1980s, to 70,000 to 80,000 annually, says Peter Kraska, a professor of criminal justice at Eastern Kentucky University who tracks the issue. That increase has raised questions about the tactic, including whether the surprise element poses an unnecessary threat to people whose residences are invaded.

“Don’t let our planes get into the wrong hands,” the poster reads beneath the picture, directing employees to report anything suspicious to law enforcement and airport managers.
