For more than 20 years as a police officer, Thomas Kuechler sat in Lower Bucks courtrooms testifying against alleged criminals.
On Friday, the 64-year-old retired Middletown kop was on the other side of the courtroom, facing allegations of molesting three young girls.
It makes one wonder if this was the first time it happened or the first time this thug got caught.

Hudson -- A Sullivan Road resident called police to report a "suspicious package" on his front porch Nov. 2 at 3:20 p.m.

The resident said he observed an unknown person leave the package and called police, according to the police report.

The officer said he could see the package was clearly labeled with the Amazon.com logo and asked the man if he had ordered anything from the firm recently.

The man reportedly said "Why yes, I did."

“Where did you steal that from?” the officer, Pablo Perriera, asked Kyle Scheibe and his assistant, the claims says.

Scheibe, who is 19, told the officer he was running a small landscaping business and that the equipment belonged to his father, Ron Scheibe. He also provided the address of the job he had just completed and showed the officer a flyer as proof of their business.

“I tried to tell him I had all the receipts for everything at my house, I told him it’s just a block away, you can come at anytime and look. He said, ‘No, I’m not going that far,’ ” Scheibe told the Star.
