Tony Perkins, the head of the Family Research Council, thinks the war on women doesn’t go far enough. He wants to extend it to men. In his latest rant, he didn’t call women “sluts” for wanting to have sex outside of marriage, but he did say that all single people should be punished and shamed for succumbing to their desires.

But now, selling a few hundred rabbits over two years has provoked the heavy hand of the federal government to the tune of a $90,643 fine. The fine was levied more than a year after authorities contacted family members, prompting them to immediately halt their part-time business and liquidate their equipment.

The real reason, it seems, that the mother escaped was because she was allowed to get items for the child in her house on her own.

For cutting down six trees on his newly bought property in Woodside without a permit, Rajiv Gujral will have to pay a $26,250 fine.

But it could have been worse.

Woodside officials asked the town council to fine him twice that amount -- $52,500.

Me: Sir we can only move on to the council’s presentation when the court has confirmed that MR ROGER HAYES is represented in court.

Judge: Fine.

And the case continued.... with me (Roger Hayes) acting as third party representative for the legal fiction MR ROGER HAYES and with the judge eventually telling the council to go away and prove its case.

The city council where I live is deciding whether to allow things that already exist. They voted no the first time around because the owner did't beg for permission. The council is hell bent on deciding what can be done on private property and making sure the owner knows who's in charge. Again, government fails at all levels and crushes entrepeneurs.
