In a "Yes Men" style prank a fake ad was created to advertise Colorado cannabis tourism. The commercial was 25 seconds of people laughing followed by the image of a marijuana leaf and the phrase "Let the recreation begin". The ad then ended with the logo of the Colorado Tourism Office and their official phone number. The ad was a hoax and has since been pulled from youtube due to claims of copyright infringement. Well Played.

Is Ron Paul right or wrong in this dispute? Are trademarks valid property? I tihnk he is wrong because he was fine with them using his name while it benfitted his campaign.

One of the key points behind Ron Paul's success in this Presidential campaign (as well as in 2008) was his reputation for actually "getting the internet" and making good use of it to promote his message and motivate and activate his supporters. But it appears that perhaps he doesn't quite get the internet that well. That's all I can think after reading the details of a dreadfully short-sighted lawsuit that he filed to try to unmask some anonymous internet users.

Since the national campaign is about to open a much anticipated headquarters in Denver this Sunday, I thought I would talk with some Ron Paul supporters here in Colorado about the candidate's chances in the Republican primary.

The majority of America CLEARLY thought Ron Paul was the winner of the GOP Debate. Unfortunately CNN tried to pull a fast one on the American people.

After months of a grueling primary, it is not yet clear where the younger Paul’s savvy campaigning ends and his true ideological impulses begin, particularly on national security and foreign policy. No one is entirely sure how to reconcile his more blistering critiques of the war during his father’s campaign with his more hawkish pronouncements – particularly on Iran as “a dangerous threat to the Middle East” and against closing the Guantanamo Bay prison – during his own campaign.

“Restore America Now” is the slogan for Ron Paul’s 2012 campaign. With the record government spending, massive debt and never ending wars, it is hard not to agree...
