New York Times and Other Media Pushing for Drugging Water Supply

Gawker writer mocks Portland for rejecting fluoride in water supply. Because the residents of Potland have decided to give people a choice on their personal use of this chemical, apparently this guy thinks they are worth of mockery.

22 years ago toxic amounts (tons) of Aluminum were dumped into a UK towns water supply. Government suggested people mix orange juice with their water to make it taste better. This made the body absorb more toxins! Maybe you should consider what is in your towns water?

Senator in TN is sending letters to water plants in his state requesting they stop putting fluoride in public water. He is against fluoride in water for many reasons but notably, because it is medicating people without their consent. It is always refreshing to see someone take issue with that aspect. The ADA is now telling parents NOT to make baby formula using fluoridated water. Just incredible that we are supposed to blindly trust the whims of government and their regulations.

Fresh clean water is essential to all life forms. It seems that a resource so vital should not be corralled, controlled, or corrupted by any corporation or government. However, with fresh water supplies under assault on multiple fronts, governments seek to further clamp down on individual human usage, while doing very little to reduce the reasons for the contamination. At the same time, corporations that repackage water and sell it back to the public enjoy financial benefits from the scarcity of their “product.”

In 2008, Julian Savulescu, a professor respected for his work in bioethics, wrote a piece advising Health Secretary Alan Johnson on adding fluoride to tap water. Savulescu believes that government has a duty to promote, among other things, the “cognitive enhancement” of humanity.

The controversy over adding sodium fluoride to water supplies in both the U.S. and the UK is intensifying as two separate stories out of India reveal that children are being blinded and crippled partly as a result of the neurotoxin being artificially added to drinking water. In the Indian village of Gaudiyan, well over half of the population have bone deformities, making them physically handicapped. Children are born normally but after they start drinking the fluoridated water, they begin to develop crippling defects in their hands and feet.

A bipartisan bill introduced in the Senate requiring all airports to use full-body scanners lacks sufficient privacy safeguards, says a prominent watchdog group.

The Electronic Privacy Information Center says the bill, introduced in the Senate by Sen. Bob Bennett (R-UT) and Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), "contains particularly weak privacy provision[s] that ignore many of the problems with the devices already uncovered."
