Radio host and activist Adam Kokesh plans to lead an armed march from the Arlington National cemetery in Virginia all the way to the White House and back.

On Sunday, veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, as well as members of Afghans for Peace, led a peace march of thousands of people. Iraq Veterans Against the War held a ceremony where nearly 50 veterans discarded their war medals by hurling them down the street in the direction of the NATO summit. We hear the soldiers’ voices as they return their medals one by one from the stage. "I’m here to return my Global War on Terror Service Medal in solidarity with the people of Iraq and the people of Afghanistan," said Jason Hurd, a former combat medic who spent 10 years in the U.S. Army.

Internet radio host and Free State Project participant Adam Kokesh is planning an "Open Carry March" on the nation's capital, in which he plans to lead gun advocates in a march carrying loaded guns. "This is an act of civil disobedience, not a permitted event," reads the event's Facebook page. "We will march with rifles loaded & slung across our backs ... this will be a non-violent event, unless the government chooses to make it violent."

Another event history that is ignored in government indoctrination camps (public schools). This is an egregious example of how the US government has mistreated veterans. How many people know that Gen MacArthur attacked prtoesting veterans in Washington DC in the 20th Century?

"In 2003, a survey of female veterans found that 30 percent said they were raped in the military. A 2004 study of veterans who were seeking help for post-traumatic stress disorder found that 71 percent of the women said they were sexually assaulted or raped while serving. And a 1995 study of female veterans of the Gulf and earlier wars, found that 90 percent had been sexually harassed."Another study concluded that 90% of all women serving are sexually harassed. Another one estimates that 90% of all the rapes do not get reported

Military Suicide Epidemic: More U.S. Soldiers Have Killed Themselves Than Died on Battlefield in 2012 - More U.S. soldiers have died this year by taking their own lives than on the battlefield. The Pentagon says there have been at least 154 suicides among active-duty troops in 2012, a rate of nearly one each day.
