OPINION My take on the Rand Paul / Mitt Romney debacle.

"My first choice had always been my father. I campaigned for him when I was 11-years-old. He's still my first pick, but now that the nominating process is over, tonight I'm happy to announce that I'm going to be supporting Gov. Mitt Romney," Rand Paul said on Fox News.

How's that for a stab in the back....

We know that VP is really just to placate people. Putting Rand on the ticket will not make us vote for Mitt Romney.

Senator Rand Paul Attempts to Have Independent Journalist Arrested and Stripped of Press Pass. According to an interview conducted by WeAreChange.org’s Luke Rudkowski and journalist Abby Martin of MediaRoots.org, the Senator of Kentucky, Rand Paul got overly angered a month ago after the two journalists questioned him on the endorsement of Goldman Sachs candidate, Mitt Romney.

Five members of the Romney Clan have endorsed Ron Paul, and three will be speaking in favor of Paul in the Idaho caucus. Clearly those who know Mittens best support Paul.

To make matters worse for the Romney team, Congressman Paul continues to gain on Romney by racking up delegates in state after state.

Captured on video so that words aren't being put in his mouth, the 2008 Edition of Rick Santorum said that if you wanted a conservative as the nominee of the Republican Party, "You must vote for Mitt Romney."
