FBI Investigating Cops for Confiscating Woman's Cell Phone Camera

The FBI is investigating the New Haven Police Department for illegally seizing a woman’s camera after she recorded them beating a handcuffed suspect Saturday night.

But that still doesn’t mean she will get her phone back anytime soon.
