The cop doesn't even get out of the car in the rain, dodges all his questions, and refuses to acknowledge that SOMETIMES, in the ridiculously busy streets of NYC, the bike lane is not necessarily the safest place to be riding your bicycle. The video humorously shows all the ridiculous things obstructing some of the bike lanes, including a cop car.
