A Vestal NY man is pulled over in Pennsylvania by PA State Troopers and is mercilessly beaten, which is shown on the dash cam video.

The man Robert Leone was then sentenced to 1 1/2 to 4 years after beating 20 of the 24 charges levied against him. Robert sure made some unwise decisions and may have been under the influence of bipolar medication.

One of the officers reportedly broke his hand while inflicting blows on Mr Leone’s head. The victim also claims he was kicked and Tased repeatedly. The brutality allegedly continues after Mr Leone is pulled off-camera, with audible screams being heard as one of the troopers claims Mr Leone spit on him. 'F***ing pull over means be pulled the f*** over. You’re going to be somebody’s f***ing butt f*** inside.'

Anaheim mayor demands federal investigation after cops kill two men in two days

The mayor of Anaheim, California is asking for federal assistance in an investigation of the local police department after law enforcement officers shot and killed two men in separate incidents over the weekend.

Complaints and a string of media reports prompted a federal investigation of excessive force by officers. But the investigation yielded no major convictions.
