I served in the same company in Iraq with this guy. He's a hot head but did not deserve to be drawn down on and shot point blank in the chest by a cop. I've been listening to freetalklive for over a year now and while I can not vouch for the content of my friends words, I can defintely say he didn't threaten the cop, just antagonized him to the point of a shot to the chest.

You may have been able to black out the horrific police raid in which a pit bull was shot to death and a 7-year-old boy was held at gunpoint, but Jonathan Whitworth and his family apparently can't. Whitworth is suing the city of Columbia and several police officers, claiming his family's constitutional rights were violated.

The "War on Drugs" claims another victim in the quiet little liberal city of Ithaca. Police executing a search warrant on a car try to arrest the driver. As the driver attempts flee he knock over an officer in his path. Other officers shoot him 4 times killing him.

Officers with the San Francisco Police Department in Northern California shot a man believed to have a knife this morning, but preliminary reports suggest that the victim was in handcuffs while the authorities opened fire.

In the Dallas suburb of Garland, a man was killed by police who rammed his vehicle (after initially denying it) and fired 41 shots at the victim. Details are still emerging and stories changing as more details become known. It is reported that a witness recorded some of the incident via cellphone but was forced to destroy the evidence by the police.

They convinced Flores to let them in by claiming to be law-enforcement officers seeking fugitives, then shot him point-blank in the head when he questioned them and wounded his wife, Gina Gonzalez. And then, while she pleaded for her life, they shot Brisenia in cold blood in the head. (Her sister, fortunately, was sleeping over at a friend's.)

A St. Paul, Minnesota family claims in a lawsuit that police officers who conducted a wrong-door raid on their home shot their dog, and then forced their three handcuffed children to sit near the dead pet while officers ransacked the home. The lawsuit, which names Ramsey County, the Dakota County Drug Task Force, and the DEA, and asks for $30 million in civil rights violations and punitive damages after a wrong-door raid, also claims that the officers kicked the children and deprived one of them of her diabetes medication.

Ft Worth police officer in the city jail slams a hand cuffed man's head into a wall and then slams his head into the concrete floor. And if that is not enough, I counted at least 5 additional police officers just standing around watching. This prisoner is laying on the floor bleeding from his head and no officers appeared to call for medical assistance. These six police officers should be fired immediately and locked up in cages for awhile. Other officers were coming and going in this hallway and they had to walk around this individual and did not stop to assist the injured man.
