I sit here disturbed to the very core of my being as I just read the proposed revised procedures for the California Dept Corrections for implementing the death penalty. I must have made a public comment on the death penalty in my travels on the www as I found in my inbox, a pdf file, the actual revised procedures asking for public comment to CA Dept Corrections. I would like to forward the email and the actual State procedures to Ian.

This is the second case of someone getting the death penalty from information gained from social networking sites. Would they have had a case without using their personal pages?

This is why the death penalty needs to be abolished where it is still practiced. How many other innocent men have lost their lives to a broken justice system?
