I believe Ben Swann needs significant recognition from the Free Staters, and from FTL. He, especially recently, has been one of the most honest and straight forward reporters in the news. He hosts a segment called "Reality Check" (yes, it is on Fox) in which he gathers all the facts and makes a sound and reasonable report void of his opinion on the matter. (He has honestly reported on Ron Paul and on police brutality) 5 Stars for this man and any other person who has the galls to report honestly in a world of today!!

Recently, Obama’s been quoted as saying “No country on Earth would tolerate missiles raining down on its citizens from outside its borders,” yet, this comes from a man who…you know… regularly authorizes the raining down of drone bombs onto citizens in Yemen and Pakistan. This is not ‘The Onion’, people, this is ‘Reality Check’ with Ben Swann.

Watch as Ben Swann counters Piers Morgan numbers not just on total gun deaths in the US, but on the fact that although the US has the highest gun ownership rate in the world, it is no where near the top as far as the gun murder rate goes.

In Fast and Furious, ATF secretly encouraged gun dealers to sell to suspected traffickers for Mexican drug cartels to go after the "big fish." But ATF whistleblowers told CBS News and Congress it was a dangerous practice called "gunwalking," and it put thousands of weapons on the street. Many were used in violent crimes in Mexico. Two were found at the murder scene of a U.S. Border Patrol agent.

Mexico’s old ruling party, Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), is set to return to power after early election results indicate the PRI candidate Enrique Peña Nieto has won the presidential election. "Peña Nieto is pretty clearly the candidate who will give continuity [to] [outgoing Mexican President Felipe] Calderón’s drug war strategies and total subservience to the dictates from the U.S.

The US media is not reporting on this, but it's big news South of the Border. Government officials may be sponsoring drug activity. I hope they bring those responsible to justice!

It's the U.S.-Mexico border, and even as politicians say more federal troops are needed to fight rising violence, government data obtained by The Associated Press show it actually isn't so dangerous after all.
