As of Saturday November 10, 2012, 15 States have petitioned the Obama Administration for withdrawal from the United States of America in order to create its own government.

States following this action include: Louisiana, Texas, Montana, North Dakota, Indiana, Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Colorado, Oregon and New York. These States have requested that the Obama Administration grant a peaceful withdrawal from the United States.

In order to recognize the American spirit of loyalty and the sacrifices that so many have made for our Nation, the Congress, by Public Law 85-529 as amended, has designated May 1 of each year as “Loyalty Day.” On this day, let us reaffirm our allegiance to the United States of America, our Constitution, and our founding values.

As of Sunday, November 11, 2012, 18 states have petitioned the Obama Administration for withdrawal from the United States of America in order to “create its own new government”. These petitions were created just days after the 2012 presidential election.

the Western United States. The Lakota Sioux nation has seceded from the
United States, according to a story on the anti-American website La Voz de Aztlan.

“We are no longer citizens of the United States of America and all
those who live in the five-state area that encompasses our country are
free to join us,” long-time Native American radical leader Russell Means said. The move potentially impacts the states of Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana and Wyoming.

Virginia House bill 1160: Unlawful detention of United States citizens. Prevents any agency, political subdivision, employee, or member of the military of Virginia from assisting an agency of the armed forces of the United States in the conduct of the investigation, prosecution, or detention of a United States citizen in violation of the United States Constitution, Constitution of Virginia, or any Virginia law or regulation.

We, the undersigned people of the United States of America respectfully request that the President of the United States of America grant us his assurance that he will permit the peaceful withdrawal of any State, territory and/or tribe from the Union of the United States of America, should such an action be undertaken.

Seems Native Hawaiians are trying secession from US.. "To express the policy of the United States regarding the United States relationship with Native Hawaiians and to provide a process for the recognition by the United States of the Native Hawaiian governing entity."
