Part 1: National Security Agency whistleblower William Binney reveals he believes domestic surveillance has become more expansive under President Obama than President George W. Bush. He estimates the NSA has assembled 20 trillion "transactions" — phone calls, emails and other forms of data — from Americans. This likely includes copies of almost all of the emails sent and received from most people living in the United States.

Florida resident and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee yesterday called for the execution of the person responsible for leaking hundreds of thousands of diplomatic cables to the whistleblower website WikiLeaks.

“Whoever in our government leaked that information is guilty of treason, and I think anything less than execution is too kind a penalty,” he said in an interview, a clip of which is posted on YouTube and which you can view in full after the jump.

Greg Kochis, a freelance videographer, is claiming protection as a "whistleblower" and suing the Golf Channel and NEP Broadcasting for firing him after he reported drug use by his co-workers at the cable TV network.

PHILADELPHIA – An accountant who tipped off the IRS that his employer was skimping on taxes has received $4.5 million in the first IRS whistleblower award.

The accountant's tip netted the IRS $20 million in taxes and interest from the errant financial-services firm.

An order last week from the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California has revealed the FBI lied to the court about the existence of records requested under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), taking the position that FOIA allows it to withhold information from the court whenever it thinks this is in the interest of national security. Using the strongest possible language, the court disagreed: “The Government cannot, under any circumstance, affirmatively mislead the Court.”

Thousands of Americans are searching online for how to sell each other out, thanks to an IRS Whistleblower Program that awards a generous amount of the seized tax booty to the snitch. Also, Congress is considering denying passports to anyone suspected of owing taxes.

Indeed, the American government has more information on the average American than Stalin had on Russians, Hitler had on German citizens, or any other government has ever had on its people.

The American government is collecting and storing virtually every phone call, purchases, email, text message, internet searches, social media communications, health information, employment history, travel and student records, and virtually all other information of every American.

It appears that dozens of members of Congress each and every year escape DWI/DUI arrests by invoking their congressional privilege of immunity (Article one, Section 6). The privilege was originally provided over 200 years ago to protect members of Congress
