The former vice principal at North Penn's Pennbrook Middle School is free on bail following his arrest Friday on charges that he allegedly engaged in inappropriate sexual conversations with a 13-year-old male student he befriended at the school.

This is the second incident of this type at a school district that held their community hostage with a teacher's strike just a year ago. They received what was considered a huge compensation package in order to "keep quality teachers." Some quality this guy shows.

An 18 yr old bus driver is repeatedly questioned by the police and suspended from his job for allegedly having a conversation with a student over the Christmas break. The student is not on the driver's bus route.

Officer Salvatore Riveri, the Baltimore City police officer seen in a You Tube video berating a teenage skateboarder at the Inner Harbor, has been fired.

Police department spokesman Anthony Guglielmi told WBAL News that Rivieri has been "separated from the department," but he could not comment further because this is a personnel matter.

Pocatello officer accused of sexual contact with inmate

An Idaho Department of Correction officer has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with an inmate at the Pocatello Women's Correctional Center.

School "Resource Officer" breaks student's nose over untucked shirt

Classmates and friends are questioning why a police officer fatally shot a University of South Alabama freshman who was naked and had been banging on a window at police headquarters.

"An arbitrator today overturned BART's firing of Marysol Domenici, a police officer who had been accused of lying to investigators and an Alameda County judge about another officer's killing of unarmed train rider Oscar Grant."

Nine graduating staff members at the (public) University of Utah's newspaper are being threatened with not receiving their degrees after a traditional farewell gag ran in the student newspaper. The staff members received an e-mail informing them an administrative hold was being placed on their records. The university's e-mail claimed the editors were in violation of the university's Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities.
