The Information Freedom Amendment

Section 1. The first article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States shall take precedence over all previous articles.

Section 2. Therefore, the powers granted to Congress in Article I, Section 8, by the specific language, "To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;" are hereby revoked.

The Liberty Amendment

Liberty, freedom and sovereignty restored to all Americans

Individual liberty, freedom and sovereignty of the people will be restored in a representative republican form of government by clarifying the original spirit and intent of the Constitution. The Liberty Amendment will give back to the Constitution its full force and effect in limiting the powers and activities of the Federal Government and restoring those powers reserved to the States and to the people. The Liberty Amendment, proposed, could become the 28th Amendment to the Constitution.

The Last Amendment, De-Ratification, Poll

One year after the ratification of this Amendment this Constitution and all of its Amendments shall be null and void and the Union of these States shall be dissolved. Each Sovereign State shall then be free to pursue its own destiny.

Americans sign petition to repeal the First Amendment

New Hampshire Governor John Lynch has signed Rep. Jenn Coffey’s Knife Rights Bill into law, removing restrictions on switchblades, dirks, daggers and stilettos in Hew Hampshire and essentially removing all restrictions on knives in New Hampshire state law. New Hampshire now has no knife laws which stop law abiding citizens from buying, selling, owning, carrying, possessing, transporting, collecting, or lawfully using any type of knife. This is the first complete repeal of a state's knife restrictions ever.

Obama turned the sovereignty of the United States, its Constitution and the rights of its gun owning public over to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and the member states. Many believe this decision to represent a serious threat to the right of the American people to keep and bear arms.

Congress is considering monumental new legislation that would grant the president–and all presidents after him–sweeping new power to make war almost anywhere and everywhere. The proposed legislation would allow a president to use military force wherever terrorism suspects are present in the world, regardless of whether there has been any harm to U.S. citizens, or any attack on the United States, or any imminent threat of an attack. The legislation is broad enough to permit a president to use military force within the United States and against American citizens.
