Solution for U.S. Post Office Money Problems...

"...the Post Office, the second-largest civilian employer in the United States after Wal-Mart with about 536,000 career workers." Amazing but not particularly surprising. Here is a solution. Since it will be difficult to delete the post office (it's a small part of the Constitution they DO choose to follow) let's require the Post Office to charge what each service actually costs! No more loosing money and it will finally give visibility to just how inefficient the institution is. It's captive customers would quickly abandon the USPS and move totally to electronic document transmission, or use FedEx, etc. and just send their letters in a box because It will be cheaper that way.
