Police records have raised the possibility that there is a legitimate grievance behind Dorner's homicidal vendetta against the LA police department.
Dorner, was sacked in 2008 for falsely claiming a colleague kicked a homeless suspect.
Dorner was a rookie police officer on 28 July 2007, when with a training officer, Teresa Evans, responded to a disturbance at the Doubletree Hotel in San Pedro.
They encountered a mentally ill man, Christopher Gettler. Evans tasered him after he threw a punch. Gettler was returned to his father and that seemed to be the end of the incident.

Christopher Dorner, a LAPD officer who was fired for making "false statements" about a brutal police beating, has gone on a mission of revenge to take out all officers involved as well as their families. He has so far killed three officers as well as the daughter of another. There is a massive manhunt for him that resulted in the police shooting of two women who were delivering newspapers using a truck similar to the one owned by Officer Dorner. His manifesto describes heinous police corruption.

The only difference between Christopher Dorner and Barack Obama is Dorner doesn't have "peace bombs."

The LAPD is currently conducting the largest organized manhunt in LA history. The search now spans four States, California, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico. The suspect is former LAPD officer and ex-US Navy reservist, Christopher Dorner who has declared “unconventional and asymmetrical warfare” on the LAPD, their families, and any associated agencies who assist the officers he refers to as “enemy combatants.”

In all this insanity I can’t help but feel like I’m reading about a live action reenactment of an episode in the life of Frank Castle, the sociopathic antihero known as The Punisher.

L.A. Residents Plead With LAPD On Signs, Shirts: ‘Don’t Shoot, I’m Not Chris Dorner’

In response to the LAPD shooting at least 3 innocent people in a manhunt for Chris Dorner, the fugitive ex-cop and alleged murderer they’re hunting with U.S. military spy drones, residents of Los Angeles have begun wearing shirts and placing signs on their vehicles that read, “Don’t shoot, I’m not Chris Dorner. Thank you.”

A police officer who wrote a $2,500 ticket to a mother on a public urination complaint against her 3-year-old son has been fired, City Manager Jim Crosby said Tuesday. Crosby said he fired officer Ken Qualls on Friday, following a hearing Nov. 14.
Prosecutors at the Canadian County district attorney's office declined to pursue the case against the mother, Crosby said.

A judge this morning formally dropped murder charges against a Lynwood police officer who had been accused of killing a man and wounding two others in a bizarre shooting spree along the Illinois-Indiana border.

A Dallas police officer is under investigation and will likely be disciplined, after commanders say the cop fired a pepper ball gun without permission. Commanders say the officer deployed the pepper dust, firing about 13 rounds against a building. Witnesses describe the incident as frightening. "People under it were screaming and one woman was wiping tears from her eyes," Avi Adelmann, who saw the ordeal, said. Adelmann says it just after the bars closed early Sunday morning, when the officer fired above the smal crowd. There was no fight.
